This was the first time we had used the VIP meet and greet experience and we had the usual concerns about the security of our vehicle and how efficient the meeting would be and whether we would be hanging around waiting for the car to be delivered back to us on time. In truth we need not have worried as we followed the instructions, made our call to the mobile number we had been given and explained where we were and we were given instructions as to where we would meet for the pick-up. This was a seamless operation and the delivery back of the vehicle on our return was just as simple. I would definitely use the service again and would recommend VIP to all my friends and associates. Hi, just wanted to drop you guys a brief message to say a big thank you for the service provided at Heathrow a couple of weeks ago. The service was 1st class and I was especially impressed with the service given to me when I discovered that I had left my wallet in my car. On calling your office my car was brought back to me immediately outside the terminal and my wallet was retrieved in plenty of time for my flight.

Just a quick note in praise of the service provided to us at Heathrow last week.
Everything worked like clockwork. The driver was very courteous and helpful before we left and also on returning.
Arriving early on a freezing Saturday morning at Heathrow is never very attractive, but the sight of a warm car waiting for us just a few yards from the terminal door was most welcoming. The fact that we were on our way home immediately exiting the terminal is to be highly recommended.

Just a short note to express our appreciation for your superb service. We have used valet parking before and there has always been a little \'niggle\' somewhere but your service was exemplary as well as being delivered with a smile!! After a long haul flight and a long wait for our luggage to come out of the terminal to find the car waiting (and beautifully warmed) and a cheery greeting made the end of our holiday far better than usual.
All this for around the same cost as two weeks in the long stay and no cold buses to drag the luggage on and off.
We will I hope be using your services again and recommending you to anyone in need of parking in future.
