HOW OUR PARK AND RIDE SERVICE WORKS
Everything you need to know for our Heathrow park and ride service to run smoothly will be explained by automatic confirmation email when you have booked online. However, below is a brief overview of how the service works.
- Your order confirmation email will contain the VIP Operations contact numbers you will need for this service and the instructions on how to use the service, including directions to our car park located in Iver, 5 miles from T1, 2 & 3 and approx 7 miles from T4 & 5.
- When you are no less 30 minutes away from our Heathrow parking , call the V.I.P. Operations number and our representative will prepare for your arrival.
- If you are running early or late, we will be as accommodating as possible (subject to other customer commitments).
- Upon arrival at the Heathrow car park we will ensure your party and bags are safely loaded aboard the VIP transfer vehicle.
- Whilst you are safely transferred to the airport terminal (which normally takes 15 minutes*) your car will then be parked securely inside our car park.
- On the date of return, call the VIP Operations number when you have disembarked the plane.
- Call once more to notify us when you have ALL your baggage PHYSICALLY in your possession.
- If your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled, we will be as accommodating as possible (subject to other customer commitments).
- Your Personal Travel Assistant will meet your party outside the terminal at Heathrow Airport and help load your bags.
- You will then be chauffeured to the Heathrow VIP car park, where we will help you transfer your bags to your vehicle and wave you goodbye for a safe journey home!
Children - Children must be provided with their own baby seats where necessary and even an infant will count as one of the four passengers.
Party size & luggage - Unfortunately our Chauffeur Park & Ride Service is currently available to parties of up to four people with a maximum of 6 suitcases only. Golf clubs or other sporting equipment can be carried subject to the space available. No skis or other items which do not fit inside the MPV. Please ring the Customer Care Line for details. Hand luggage may be carried by customers in the vehicle subject to comfort and safety considerations. Traffic at Heathrow: Whilst our Heathrow Park and Ride service is highly efficient, user-friendly and on-time for our customers 90% of the time*, please remember that Heathrow is the world's busiest airport. In such a highly pressured, chaotic and turbulent environment, travellers and the surrounding infrastructure are sometimes adversely affected. We are based off-airport, so it is important customers understand that there may be occasions when there may be unavoidable delays in us accessing the terminals and for the customer to reach our car park on date of departure. Customers should factor the potential for such delays in their itinerary before selecting their Meet VIP Times.
