How Does It Work?

On the day of departure, you drive to our premises at the Heathrow Crowne Plaza and pick up your chauffeur who will drive you to your terminal and then park your car in our secure compound.
Upon your return, we meet you at the terminal in your own vehicle. You drop your chauffeur at the Crowne Plaza next to the M4 junction and you´re on your way.

BAA surcharge

We regret that BAA have imposed a supplementary charge on passengers for use of its Heathrow terminals 1,3 and 5. This is currently in dispute in the courts. If you pay this directly the charge is £5 (£2.50 x 2 = £5), but we have agreed a facility with BAA to pay the smaller sum of £3 which we will do on your behalf. This will be charged to your credit card separately.

VIP are committed to offering transparently low prices to our customers. Our guarantee is that this will be refunded to you if BAA lose their case.
