BAA surcharge

We regret that BAA have imposed a supplementary charge on passengers for use of its Heathrow terminals 1,3 and 5. This is currently in dispute in the courts. If you pay this directly the charge is £5 (£2.50 x 2 = £5), but we have agreed a facility with BAA to pay the smaller sum of £3 which we will do on your behalf. This will be charged to your credit card separately.

VIP are committed to offering transparently low prices to our customers. Our guarantee is that this will be refunded to you if BAA lose their case. How Does It Work?

A member of our friendly and experienced team will meet you outside your Heathrow terminal on departure – a Heathrow Meet & Greet really could not be any easier!
We will then park your car in one of our secure off-airport car-parks.
Upon your return, we aim to have your car ready and waiting outside the terminal.
