How Our Airport Parking Works

Everything you need to know for the service to run smoothly will be explained by automatic email when you have booked online or via our friendly sales team. Below is an overview of how the service works.

Your order confirmation email will contain the VIP Operations contact number which you will need for this service.
When you are no less 30 minutes away from Heathrow Airport, call the V.I.P. Operations number and our representative will meet you at the scheduled time outside the terminal with your trolleys ready.
If you are running early or late, we will be as accommodating as possible (subject to other customer commitments).
V.I.P. ensures your car is safely driven to one of our secure, private compounds for storage.
On the date of return, call the VIP Operations number when you have disembarked the plane.
If your flight arrives earlier or later than scheduled, we will be as accommodating as possible (subject to other customer commitments).
Your Personal Travel Assistant will bring your vehicle to you outside the terminal at Heathrow Airport.

Important Note: Whilst our meet & greet parking service at Heathrow is highly efficient, user-friendly and on-time for our customers 99% of the time, please remember that Heathrow is the world’s busiest airport. In such a highly pressurised, chaotic and turbulent environment, travellers and the surrounding infrastructure are sometimes adversely affected. We are based off-airport, so it is important customers understand that there may be occasions when there may be a slight delay in us accessing the terminal to meet them.
