Heathrow is the UK's busiest airport and also the world's second busiest cargo port. It has 5 terminals, 2 main runways and a cross wind runway. 90 different airlines fly to approximately 170 locations worldwide from Heathrow.

If you need a meet and greet service at any of the terminals then VIP are the valet service for you. We do not have a specific meeting point as it is not the best method at Heathrow. Frequently, a particular lane at the terminals could be very busy whilst others are free or far less busy, so we guide you to where the free spaces are which makes it more flexible for you and avoids a wait.

It also gives you the choice of where to set down e.g. you may wish to wait in a queue rather than go to a free lane in order to get nearer the terminal building or simply want to get in as quick as possible so you can park anywhere. Our approach provides a better service dependant upon whether young, old, infirm (we make special arrangements on request for disabled people), have lots of luggage (we fetch trolleys for you and help load/unload if required) or have young childrenor elderly travellers with them. And of course the weather!

Unlike most of the competition we regard ourselves as your assistants on the days of travel. For example, some valet Parking Companies never help customers with luggage. It is our ethos and objective to hold your hands through the process and take the stress and trepidation out of their journey.

We ask you to ring when 30 minutes from the terminal and say "Follow the signs for Terminal 3 (we will give you different directions dependant upon the terminal) and pull in wherever you see a convenient space (there are 4 lanes at this particular terminal). Your PTA (Personal Travel Assistant) will find you so you do not need to look around for them. Stay with your vehicle".

All our staff should have ID with them and we also use a password system (the password is given by the customer when booking and does not appear in their paperwork), which their PTA must quote when meeting you (you will do the quoting when you returns for security reasons).
